Terms & Conditions

A. The product is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects and parts, for 1 year limited warranty, from date of purchase.
B. This warranty is officially valid only when the Warranty Registration Email is duly filled and sent to warranty@stlab-sg.com within seven (7) days from date of purchase.
C. This warranty is NOT valid under any of these conditions.
Unauthorized repair or modifications to the product.
Serial number or label found tampered with, other than its original state.
Damage caused by other appliances and utilities such as power
supply, telephone line and others.
Natural disaster.
Usage other than in accordance with instructions.
PCB cracked or scratched due to mishandling.
D. The customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions and the decisions of ST-Lab shall be final.
